Face Your Problems Head On

Many people have had the desire to start over again and simply leave everything that burdens them behind. Anyone who has ever tried this knows that you can't escape your demons. Sooner or later, the ghosts of the past catch up with you again and you are faced with the same problems you tried to escape.

This is because these things are either a learning task that one planned to accomplish in this life, or accumulated karma, which is usually related to other people.

For example, if you have failed to make peace with an old enemy in your past life - even if only for yourself - then this enemy will certainly cross your path again in some form in your current life. Another example: the learning task is to give up one's stinginess and pride, and instead help and support others selflessly. If you do not fulfill this learning task, it will be given to you again in the next life.

This means that even death is not a way out, especially not suicidal death.

Whether it's a learning task or karma, there is no easy way out. The only way to overcome problems is to face them.

No matter how difficult the topic is, it will only get easier if you really deal with it. You have to call a spade a spade, face the truth, experience the emotions – that sounds trite, but that's the only way you'll ultimately be able to go into the future stronger and free.

Someone who is currently in a difficult life situation will say to others: "Oh, you don't know how hard it is for me! You have no idea what I'm going through!” The reason for talking like this is, that for each individual, their own situation is always the most difficult. If someone is in a situation in which they are suffering, then it is difficult for them, regardless of whether the same problem would be difficult for someone else.

So, how do you go about the whole thing now?

First of all, with help it is easier and usually faster. Support can be found from friends or family, in the professional form of therapists or even through reflection techniques such as writing a diary. Personally, I find it very helpful to write letters to imaginary or real friends describing how I am doing and where the problem lies. This helps to sort out one's own thoughts and to put clearly into words what it is actually about.

On the other hand, you can also seek spiritual support. For example, a shaman can find out whether one’s problem is karmic or a learning task. He can look at previous lives and then draw conclusions about how the problem could be solved. In addition, a shaman can see which spiritual guardian animal or guardian spirits a person has. Every human being has some kind of guardian spirit with him, whose only interest is to ensure the well-being of his protégé. These can be, for example, ancestors or close family members who have already died.

Therefore, do not be discouraged by the fact that there is no escape from learning tasks or karma. You are not alone and I know from my own experience that you always emerge stronger from coping with such a situation.
